Visit Programs

M.S. and Ph.D. in Biological and Agricultural Engineering
M.S. in Engineering and Ph.D. in Engineering Science

You have reviewed our web site and have contacted our faculty about their work so that you now have a good idea as to whether our programs compliment your career ambitions. You may have decided that your search is over and that you want to formally apply to our Graduate Studies Program..

Or you may feel a visit is necessary to finalize your decision. For those of you who do wish to visit the department, we have several options.

Expense paid Visit:

We have several programs that require uniquely qualified individuals. To fill these needs and to attract extremely well qualified individuals, we offer an opportunity to visit our department at our expense. This is our most formal visitation program as an application and selection process is required.

This 'paid' visitation program is currently limited to seniors and graduate students who are attending an accredited college or university in the United States.

Visit by Appointment:

If you plan to be on campus and wish to visit our department, notifying the department well in advance is best as we can arrange to have faculty in your area of interest available to talk with you. Also the tour of the department can be tailored to your specific interests. Appointments are scheduled through the main office.

Impromptu Visits:

Of course, if you wish to just drop by and 'check things out', we will be happy to show you around the department. What and how much will be limited by the availability of faculty and staff, but every effort will be made answer your questions. Impromptu (unannounced) visits are handled by the main Office.

No matter which visit option you choose, they are all designed to promote and showcase the people and programs we are most justifiably proud of.

We look forward to meeting you!
