Purchase Request - Faculty Approval Required (Sales Tax)
Follow above link if you need to obtain budget/project numbers and/or authorization from a faculty member prior to submitting your request to the department accounting office.
It is not the responsibility of the Accounting office to make sure your order is correct, complete, authorized and forwarded to them. It is your responsibility.
