The following procedure only needs to be done once.

  Overview:
Outlook treats a room, projector, vehicle, etc. as a user with a shared calendar. You connect to the shared calendar and add it to your list (see below). Once added, the resource will always be available simply by clicking on your Outlook Calendar. Once you are familiar with this, you will notice that rooms, labs, resources all across campus are now accessible to you provided you have the permission to reserve them.

Resources at BSysE are listed on the calendar as ljsmith.xxxx and bsyse.xxxx. This is because the rooms belong to WSU whereas the projector, vehicle, etc. belong to BSysE.

  Procedure:
It is really quit simple. Open Outlook and select Calendar. On the left is the 'Open Shared Calendar' link that will show the window below (not filled in) when clicked..

  Enter  ljsmith
  Open Shared Calendar

Hit 'OK'. You should see the following list of all LJSmith rooms:

  List of LJSmith rooms

Add each room you see above then repeat the procedure using:
  BSysE resources
When done your calendar should look like the following:
