| Overview: | |||
| Outlook treats a room, projector, vehicle, etc. as a user with a shared calendar. You connect to the calendar using the the appropriate logon credentials | |||
| Resources at BSysE are listed on the calendar as ljsmith.xxxx and bsyse.xxxx. This is because the rooms belong to WSU whereas the projector, vehicle, etc. belong to BSysE. | |||
| Procedure: | |||
| It is really quit simple. Open your web browser and go to http://connect.wsu.edu | |||
| Enter the resource you wish to reserve in the format given above preceded by AD\. (ex. AD\ljsmith.263) | |||
| The password is shown in the image below and is the same for all resources. | |||

| Next Select the Calendar function and you are there. That's it | |||
| Note: Don't use the mail functions as those are automatically erased and do not remove another person's schedule without their permission. | |||
